Can someone tell me who she is?
I long to feel her soft warm kiss.
The one,
Is it that woman I see walking down the street?
The female I have been dying to meet?
The one,
Is it that woman with that wonderful flair?
Her eyes piercing through me with that mesmerizing stare?
The One,
Doesn’t she hear me call out her name?
And that life without her will never be the same?

NO!!! Wait a minute. STOP!!!
I’ll tell you who the one is really.
All of this question asking is getting kind of silly.
She doesn’t have to be cute.
If fact, she doesn’t have to be tall.
I mean she could be healthy or small.
She does have to be understanding..
And realize that I have a gentle heart.
Intelligence, she has to be smart.
We work with each other on our hopes and dreams.
We have to be able to learn from each other.
And she damn well better be able to get along with my mother.
She is secure in herself.
And we would rarely argue or fight.
She makes it wonderful to come home to at night.
I don’t want you to be mistaken.
She is not my slave or maid.
She is the one who is going to be with me until my dying days.
She is good to herself,
Even when things are down.
She is able to smile and not show a frown.
She is a romantic woman.
Able to walk the beach while holding hands.
Feeling the cold water under our feet, then playing around in the sand.
She isn’t the sexiest of the crowd.
Her beauty is within her soul.
I just figured it out, now I know.
She is my dream come true.
She is the most stabilizing force in my life.
She is my soulmate and my future wife.
