The Luvologist has given love and relationship insight for over thirteen years. Instead of using the ‘professional and coaching’ approach he uses the experiences he has witnessed and been through and uses the ‘hard-knock-life’ approach. He gives it straight and to the point from a man’s point-of-view.

After being a part of the Yahoo! 360 community for almost a year, he noticed the majority of bloggers were writing about their relationship struggles. He didn’t understand why so many people were having relationships issues. He gave his insight through his comments and received a lot of positivity because of his responses.

He decided to put out a test blog post; to do an advice column and to email any questions anyone might have on love, life, sex and relationships. To not expect “Dear Abby” because he was going to be raw and uncut. Emails started to trickle in. Once it got to the tenth email he knew his baby of an idea would grow infinitely.

The Luvologist was born. There was a simple disclaimer:

“I’m not a doctor or a lawyer. I am The Luvologist. I’m here to answer your questions that pertains to anything that is going on in life, love, relationships, etc. I am not an expert. I am a realist. I am in no way saying I have all of the solutions to the problems that ail us in life or in love. But I will provide a foundation so that you are able to utilize the information I give you and build something that is productive…either right now, or in the future.

It will cause laughter. It may cause tears. But one thing that will happen is that I will NOT hold back. It’ll be raw, griping, but honest (when have you heard that from a man?). That is…if you can handle the truth.”

The blog was an instant hit. His friend’s list ballooned from ninety-eight to the maximum allowed three hundred people in three short weeks. During that same period of time he received a lot emails from people wanting insight into love, life, sex and relationships. His page blew up so much he had to create a separate page dedicated to helping people with their love lives.

Emails piled in his inbox. He was approached by a friend he knew for seven years. She had a show on BlogTalkRadio wanted “The Luvologist” to help her with a show called ‘Man and Pride’. It was one of her more successful shows. She made the suggestion to do a show on BlogTalkRadio. He wasn’t sure he would be able to put the time to produce and host his own Internet radio show. He had already placed his blogs on permanent hiatus because of what was going on in his personal life. But he decided to take another step in his venture.

‘The Luvologist LIVE!!!’ made its debut on January 13, 2008 to one of the largest debut audience ever on BlogTalkRadio at the time. He made one promise. He was going to revolutionize BlogTalkRadio and put ‘The Luvologist’ in the forefront. He has covered topics such as single parent issues, herpes, rebound relationships, cheating, sex toys and a plethora of other topics. The purpose of the show is to touch on topics that are rarely covered in mainstream society. The show topics come from emails ‘The Luvologist’ received from previous blogs and real-life issues that affect our community.

Years later he is still giving love advice to the masses. This blog are his thoughts about life and love through his eyes to his fingertips. He has finally created a personal space to talk about things that are on his mind and what he sees on an every day basis. The ‘old’ Luvologist.com (which has been torn down) will be replaced with the site Luv and Relationships and for the freakier individuals Luv After Dark which will be erected real soon. On those sites you will have the answers to issues on love, life, sex and relationships.

This blogging space…is his release.
